這個星期過得很快，見少左d我憎的人，感覺總是好d! Anyway, 今晚放工返屋企收到個好消息，就是我阿嫂有左BB.　Congratulations to my brother!

尋晚七點廿三分左右轉台到亞視，你估下我見到邊個，答案是我的偶像law. 港台節目”營商之道”正好介紹他帶隊的生態團．不過節目已經接近尾聲. Anyway, 偶像總是係遙遠而不可及的！

尋晚係City Super買左這枝紐西蘭－健康牌－純天然有機蘋果醋！它說愛美人士每日可飲兩次！(HK$26)

行山樂！

上星期日(1 OCT 2006)同兩個同事到鰂魚涌行山，本來諗住行一個半小時，點知最後行錯路去左筲箕灣的興東村，仲用左兩個半小時tim.不過出一身汗都好啦！

Yummy!

雖然無得食，但是睇下都開心既！

Where are you, my love?

早前睇某周刊報導，知道陳慧嫻的現任醫生男友偷食！之後女方仲要扮無野接男友放工．陳慧嫻話哂都是紅極一時的歌星(仲係陪住我成長的)，雖然現在已經退出娛樂圈，但作為一個普通女性又怎能隻眼開隻眼閉，明知男友偷食都仲要禁無奈忍佢呢！另一方面，若果當年她可以放棄一切嫁給區生，結局可能比現在美滿得多．(區生當年迎娶的女仔外形真的很似陳慧嫻呀!) Anyway, 或者一段感情根本就無絕對，只有當時人最清楚自己的需要及感受！不過我總是替她可惜，希望她會找到自己的幸福！

一對舊行山鞋！

一對陪伴左我接近十個年頭的行山鞋終於宣佈退役！
它的死因是鞋底脫落，雖然表面好似仲好新淨，但查實它已經老化左，影響左防水功能！
Anyway, 它真是陪我行左唔少山頭野嶺，風雨同路，今日一別，不知何時再見！舊的唔去，新的唔來！綠色始終是我的最愛！

有咩食呢？

(3) Nasi Goreng (印尼炒飯）－　an Indonesian rice dish with colourful bits of meat and vegetables added

(5) 沒有上鏡的七成熟羊架(BBQ Lamb Rack) - 很嫩口,但有D "so"

P.S. 收費貴，我地四個人食左五樣野，埋單接近八百元，不過間中豪一餐又何無妨！
